This site is a static Jekyll site hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc.). GitHub processes standard technical logs (such as IP address) as part of serving the page. See GitHub’s privacy statement.
This site does not load any third-party fonts and does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking scripts of its own.
Video posts show a “Click to load video” button. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click that button yourself. Once you click, a privacy-enhanced YouTube embed (youtube-nocookie.com) is loaded; YouTube/Google may then set cookies and process data, particularly if you play the video. See Google’s privacy policy.
Links to YouTube and GitHub lead to third-party services with their own privacy policies. This policy only covers hetkwaad.nl itself.
For the processing described in section 4, you can contact Google to exercise your rights (such as access or deletion). Questions about this site itself can be directed to the contact channels in section 1. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
